After Thanksgiving Turkey Casserole

 This is an awesome way to use up leftover turkey! :)

Ingredients
2 cup chicken broth, low sodium
1 cup fresh chopped celery
1/2 cup fresh chopped onion
1 cup frozen green peas , thawed
1 1/2 cup plain croutons , dry
1 1/2  cooked turkey breast , 
skinless, diced 1 tsp dried parsley 1 tsp ground sage 1/8 tsp black pepper 1  can Cream of Chicken Soup
Directions

1. Preheat over to 375 degress (F)

2. Mix 1 cup chicken broth, celery and onion in large saucepan. Cook over med. heat until vegetables are tender. Add diced turkey breast, peas,
croutons, parsley flakes, poultry seasoning, and black pepper.

 In a bowl, mix together the remaining 1 cup of chicken broth and cream of chicken soup. Add this to the other ingredients.

 Spoon mixture into an 8-by-8-inch baking dish sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray and bake for 45 to 50 minutes.

 Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes before dividing and serving.

Makes 6 servings.  Serving Size 1.5 cup
